She began her real estate career in 1979 and has been actively involved in real estate sales, management and relocation for over 28 years. She is a frequent speaker at relocation and real estate-related conferences and symposiums both locally and nationally. Jill has served for over 20 years on various committees with Worldwide ERC including the Conference Planning Committee, Industry Practices; Editorial Advisory; the Certification Review Board; the Industry Advisory Council; and the Electronic Commerce Advisory Board. She had been on Worldwide ERC’s Board of Director for seven years, and in 2002 served as President of the organization – the first president from the Real Estate segment of the industry, and currently serves as a Trustee on Worldwide ERC’s Foundation for Workforce Mobility after chairing that board for the past four years. She has received 3 President’s Awards for contributions to the organization, has earned 4 Distinguished Service Awards from ERC and in 1998 was inducted into Worldwide ERC’s Hall of Leaders. In addition, Jill has been active in the Southern California Relocation Council, the Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management and the Relocation Director’s Council. She serves as the Sonoma Valley Chapter of Realtors budget advisor, is the Chair of that organization’s Scholarship Committee and recently completed the Leadership Napa Valley course. She and her husband Mike co-own Morgan Lane Realtors and live in Napa where they are able to fully explore and enjoy their love of wine.
